Do we have a sense of what happened to those 30 businesses in Chipman? Do we know how much was just the regular churn of closings and openings (like a pizza place shuts down and a burger joint pops up in its place) vs. businesses that closed with no commensurate business opening?

Joel, it is a net loss - that's what is concerning. I haven't done a deep dive on the 30.
